Good advice Richard and I know from our(LE) perspective wherever a Tru Kids opens, we will work extra hard to defend our customers-- I mean really hard.

TRU needs to just go away. They say it's an iconic brand, one that adults fondly remember and kids need. I CALL BS. Coming back with cardboard displays in grocery stores can't be a "true" reinvention of the brand. Pop up stores 1/4 the size of an original TRU store can't do it. Room for displays and entertainment? Sorry, FAO Schwarz has that base covered-after you ruined them too!!! To say that they are getting some push back from the vendor community is probably a little short of reality. Can any vendor say they will take orders and ship with terms without getting financial "insurance" from the financial community. The investment groups ruined KB Toys, TRU, and other toy retailers. Whoever said that these same people were brutal on the vendor community with their demands, etc, was probably a little light on reality- they were beyond terrible and threw their weight around mightily. Even their AP department was a profit center for them! Deduct now, stall for a year or two, then settle for pennies on the dollar by wearing down the vendor. Real nice!!! They all deserve to go away and not come back. To keep the same "brands", Giraffe, etc, just rubs the vendors nose into it all. Just stop!
