As a toy store owner I struggle with this and strive for balance between selling good toys and encouraging free play at the same time. Perhaps balance is the key and is with everything in our lives. And certainly there should be a distinct notable difference in the discussion between good toys that encourage imagination & creativity and computer/video games.

I look forward to further discussion.
