This is a very good article, I remember that as a Kid I saw some of these toys in the house that belonged to my mom, when I saw them I thought they great but I was not used to see toys in metal.

Now that I'm 27 I realize that these toys have a great story behind them; it is kind of weird because now that I think about it, when I was a kid I had no cell phone or any mobile video games, but may be my sons will.

Jonathan Do you have any idea what year this is from and what exactly it is? It is stamped Louis Marx Japan on the bottom
